So I Called Customer Service Again

The story from my previous post continues somewhat hopefully. I called customer service again this morning, and according to today's gal the order has indeed been flagged for re-shipment and should go out "in a day or two". So things are still pending. At this point I won't count on anything until the order actually arrives, but am prone to give those folks the benefit of the doubt.
