Yup, and I was so taken by the reporter's grasp of the important details.
Money quote: "One firefighter poked the feline in the backside with a Slim Jim..."
Giggle! I can just picture it. My favorite part is where the guy pokes her with a Slim Jim. No wonder she wasn't enticed. He should have poked her nose end! :-)
I was ignoring that part since I could only imagine the Slim Jim exiting...
BTW re the foccacia fiasco? Maybe if you had kneaded the little breads together into one and then flattened them out after incorporating the seasoning inside and then coating with olive oil??
