Once I Resigned Myself to Goofyness

the "name bag" project got a lot more fun. I just stopped fretting about the level of technical skill displayed (not high) and enjoyed the process of improvisation.

Though the I-cord I'm working on now is a bit of a bore.

ADORABLE! I only just yesterday learned that you are a famous author. Loved the 'spread' on your work in Knit Picks!

Are you kidding me? It's not goofy, it's wonderful. And I'm impressed that you could get your name in/on it. You're going to have a great time at knitting camp :-)

Because there's no reason to knit if you aren't having fun with it!!

I think it's adorable and assume the i-cord is going to be long enough to go around your neck and serve as the badge-holder cord.

You know knitting needs to be fun and so what if it's not what you originally intended? It serves the purpose, is cute and shows knitter's perspicacity. Brava!

i-cord boredom is okay for watching the Olympics, right?
