Gotta Say, I Love This Guy's Response
OK, so Dave Carroll had some very, very, very bad customer service experiences. Even worse than some I've had with the telephone company (and that's saying a lot). It's worth reading his whole story here.
He came up with a response that has got to be viscerally satisfying for all who have ever ended up in that endless and ultimately fruitless loop of phone calls.
Heck yes, I want to help him go just a little more viral. Power to the people (imagine clenched fist in the air here)!

That's awesome!
When I listened to his song, I cringed! I have a beautiful Taylor 410-MACE 6-string, and I would DIE if anything happened to it. These guitars are "alive"--no two sound alike. Thanks for posting that video. Great song--and I hope it makes United cringe too!
Did you listen to "Now"? What a great song.
I read his story through a Facebook link, but haven't heard the song yet. We had an unforntunate incident with United, but it was easily resolved (although the ticket agent could use some customer interaction skills). Our ticket said we had a United flight, but when we finally got to talk to a real person at the counter, he told us they weren't flying there that day! Turns out it was on Air Canada! Checking luggage scares me; I would never check my instrument, but it is small enough for carryon.
Wow, that really sucks.
I'll post it to my facebook and help spread the word.
