Now that the weather is getting nippy

I've decided that I need some nice thick, long socks. Nothing fancy, just warm.



Two strands of sock yarn held together, a couple of inches of ribbing at the top, then stockinette all the way.

    Cindy, those look like great socks. Since I live in an apartment with a fairly useless heater, I think I'll try doing doubled yarn socks.

    Top down?? I thought you were becoming a toe-up kind of gal, but your "go to" pattern is top down. No worries, of course... I just have to work on you a little bit more :-)
